Terms of Service

Eligibility and acceptance

By connecting a wallet to SolPrime you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and you must not be resident in, or accessing the service from, a jurisdiction in which online wagering is prohibited or in which you are barred from it. You are responsible for knowing your own local law. You must not be subject to sanctions, and you must not use the service on behalf of anyone who is. If you do not meet these conditions, do not place a wager.

The protocol is non-custodial

SolPrime never takes custody of your funds. Balances live in a vault account on Solana that only your wallet controls, and no key held by us can move settled funds out of it. We cannot freeze your balance, reverse a transfer or withdraw on your behalf — and equally, we cannot restore funds lost to a compromised wallet, a mistyped address or a phishing signature. The website is one interface to public on-chain programs; the programs, not the interface, are the service.

Wagers are final once settled

A wager is a signed instruction to a program. Once a round resolves on-chain it is final: there is no cancellation, chargeback or goodwill reversal, and a result recorded on Solana is authoritative over anything this website displays. If a round's randomness never arrives, every game exposes a permissionless timeout that refunds the stake — that is the only path by which a committed wager is unwound.

Fees, rewards and referrals

Games charge a fee on the wager — currently 5% per side on coinflip and dice, 5% of the jackpot pot, and 5% on blackjack withdrawals. Rates are configuration values held on-chain, are bounded by the programs themselves, and can change; the live rate is always the one the program reads at settlement. XP, keys, cases and leaderboard weight accrue only from fee-paying wagers. Referral commission is a share of the fee your referees generate, paid out of protocol revenue and never out of their stake.

Fair play and anti-abuse

The programs reject self-play, self-referral and direct referral cycles outright. Beyond that, wash-wagering to farm XP, cases or leaderboard positions is prohibited. Where we detect it — through funding-graph clustering, improbable head-to-head frequency, or timing correlation — the consequence is exclusion from leaderboard payouts and throttled case value. We do not confiscate principal and we do not block withdrawal of settled funds; that path does not exist in the programs and will not be added.

Session keys and account security

To avoid a wallet prompt on every bet you may authorise a session key. It is scoped: it cannot withdraw to an external address, it is capped by a per-bet and a total spend limit, it expires (24 hours by default) and it can be revoked from any signed-in device. Keeping your wallet, seed phrase and devices secure is yours alone. Anything signed by your key, or by a live session key of yours, is treated as authorised by you.

Availability, pauses and upgrades

The service is provided as-is and as-available. New games and deposits can be paused by the protocol's multisig — for an incident, an upgrade, or a legal requirement — and the website, indexer and RPC providers can fail independently of the chain. A pause never affects your ability to withdraw settled funds. Program upgrades follow the published upgrade-authority policy, and material changes to these terms are posted here with a new version and date.

Risk, liability and disputes

Wagering is entertainment and you should expect to lose what you stake. Never wager funds you cannot afford to lose, and stop if it stops being a game. On top of that sit the ordinary risks of a young on-chain protocol: contract bugs, oracle failure, network congestion, and the volatility of SOL itself. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the fees you paid us in the preceding thirty days. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
